  • Abstract
    Authors are developing a Foreign Objects and Debris (FODs) detection system based on 90GHz d on MilliMeter Wave (MMW) radar system connected by Radio-over-Fiber (RoF) lines. This RoF radar project is also focused on a beam steering technology such as active reflectarrays. This paper describes phase measurement of reflective surface of diode grid reflector antenna. We introduce a concept of the antenna. And we also introduce a trial of design and simulation of diode grids. We compare phase evaluation system using mono-static and bi-static configuration to measure the phase of reflected wave by diode grids. As the results, we find the possibility to achieve the phase reversal and absorbing the reflection switching the diodes.
