The use of electronic messaging systems, indicators and preferences

This research shows how electronic messaging systems (EMS) are being used, increasingly frequently, by users of mobile services, the user preference for the different systems currently available of electronic messaging and type mobile devices being used as the means to send and receive text messages. The research is also intended to determine the preference of users to send a text message instead of making a normal phone call; simultaneously, includes an assessment of the public to know whether users found that SME are replacing formal communication. We also get the types of mobile devices used by users for SME to end the investigation we presented how the users are using different SME.
