Abstract :
Demand response (DR) is very important to guarantee smart grid stabilization and reliability which makes the power system balance between power supply and demand by encouraging users to reduce power consuming in the peak period. DR is usually arranged ahead time, while Emergency demand response (EDR) hasn´t the plan in advance and is raised by power supply branch in emergency situation, which claims the users participating in DR to reduce power consuming in short time that may cause inconvenient for users if scheduling isn´t suitable. This paper researched the common frame of EDR for commercial buildings, analyzed the electrical using features of electrical appliances, determined the constraint conditions and designed scheduling strategy of EDR for commercial buildings. The simulation test showed that the EDR pattern presented in the paper can satisfy the requirement of EDR for commercial buildings that is of generality.
