Abstract :
This paper provided a new high-precision spectrum analysis algorithm based on polyphase filter banks namely the double-path polyphase filter bank (DPPF) algorithm. The traditional single-path polyphase filter bank algorithm could be replaced by double-path polyphase filter bank algorithm, thereby making sub-channel transition bands of the first path fully coincide with sub-channel pass bands of the second path. Simulation results showed that the new algorithm had overcome the channelized digital receiver blind areas generated by D times decimation as well as realized high-precision real time spectrum analysis.
