Abstract :
As a multi-user shared space information transmission asset, the Tracking and Data Relay Satellite System (TDRSS) is critical in establishing an efficient resource scheduling mode, in order to maximize the utilization of system resource and bring the service efficiency into full play. The thesis takes the U.S. Tracking and Data Relay Satellite (TDRS) System architecture as an example, bring forward a brand new mission planning dominated TDRSS resource management mode based on the application of networked TDRS for multi-customers, and the service modeling method for mission planning is also proposed.
