Abstract :
As a serious fluctuation, wind power ramp has a serious impact on grid stability. Wind power ramp forecasting can predict power ramp event in advance, it can provide power ramp data for power ramp control strategy. Based on the existing finite control strategy for wind power ramp, a finite control strategy basing on optimization online is proposed. Reasonable weight factors can adjust the objective function, power reference curve can be made by quadratic programming algorithm. The simulation result shows that this power reference curve can decrease the wind power ramp rate and abandoned air volume.
