Abstract :
Purpose: Discussing the effect of magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging with background signal suppression that used to evaluate the efficacy of angiogenesis inhibitor endostatin that applied in the treatment of rabbit liver VX2 hepatic transplantation model. Method: Tumor-bearing rabbits were randomly divided into two groups, each group with eight rabbits, saline (10ml / d) was injected into control group through ear vein, endostatin (0.7mg/kg.d) was injected into endostatin group through ear vein, each group continuously apply 12 days. Both groups underwent MR DWIBS examination before and after treatment, apparent diffusion coefficient of tumor tissue in each group was measured at different time point, features of class PET images were evaluated which were obtained from DWIBS and original image of DWIBS through 3D MIP reconstruction, black and white invert. Results: 3 days after treatment ADC values began to change, ADC values of endostatin group were higher on 3, 7, 13 days after treatment than control group and statistically significant (P <;0.05). Conclusion: DWIBS can dynamically evaluate the efficacy of intravenous angiogenesis inhibitor endostatin that applied in the treatment of rabbit liver VX2 hepatic transplantation model in the early treatment. DWIBS combined quantitative measurement of ADC value and wide range of like PET image, can evaluate the therapy response of antitumor drugs in vivo noninvasively, providing valuable information for the diagnosis, staging, therapeutic evaluation of cancer.
