Abstract
Image data communication is playing a more and more important role in the process of clinical data exchange during which the data can be intercepted and revealed. Hence lots of methods have been proposed to protect the images from unauthorized access and alteration. Yet, they all have various limitations. This work proposes an encryption framework with RSA, AES and MurmurHash to ameliorate these issues. In which, pixels and the remaining are encrypted with AES and RSA separately, and MurmurHash is embedded to ensure image integrity, thereby improving the overall security and process performance. The images can be restored without any loss of information using the correct key. The whole experiment has been done in c#.
