Abstract :
This paper considers the actual needs of the hospital for data storage and the characteristics of the Hadoop framework, builds a clinical data center using Hadoop, Hive and so on which are widely used in modern society. This new clinical data center overcomes the shortcomings of traditional Unix servers, meets the hospital demand for data storage and provides Cloud Computing platform. First, this paper describes the current trends of hospital clinical data center. Then the paper describes the design of clinical data center with EMR and PACS and realizes the storage of structured data and unstructured data.
