Study on the Japan´s Animation Technology by Internet Based on Japanese Traditional Culture

The Internet has become widely ways with which Japan´s animation technology in China, but animation culture and production techniques have not been paid as much as it was concerned. In this paper, the Japan culture and animation software were introduced in order to enhance the animation production level.
