Abstract :
With the reform process of power system continuing to accelerate, the input-output efficiency of power grid enterprises is getting more and more attention. In order to get scientific, objective and accurate evaluation results of input-output efficiency, improve the economic and social benefits of power grid enterprises, the three stage DEA model is proposed to evaluate the utilization efficiency of power grid equipment in this paper. The first stage DEA evaluates the utilization efficiency of power grid equipment based on BCC-DEA and CCR-DEA model. The second stage DEA utilizes stochastic frontier analysis method to quantify the influence of environmental factors such as the total number of GDP, the resident population and the power supply area, and to modify input variables of DEA model. The third stage makes the DEA evaluation again with the adjusted input variables after SFA regression. This paper chooses 19 cities´ power supply bureaus as the empirical sample of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation and the results verify the validity, effectiveness and reasonability of the model and method which can provide reference for power grid enterprises to evaluate the utilization efficiency of power grid equipment.
