Research on transmission cost allocation of multi-terminal transmission line

This paper, on the basis of the existing literature, proposes a new allocation method combining MW-Mile method with post stamp method for transmission cost allocation of multi-terminal transmission line, which can follow the principles of allocating by utilization and balance the payments. Besides, the methodologies of economic comparisons of coal transportation and power transmission have been expanded. Finally, an example based on the first UHVAC transmission line on Jindongnan-Nanyang-Jinmen in China has been given and the comprehensive method is applied in this paper.
