  • Abstract
    MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical System) piezoresistive accelerometer is proposed for the vibration measurement in the vicinity of vibration source inside high-voltage circuit breaker for mechanical fault diagnosis, which is verified from the theory as well as comparative test with piezoelectric accelerometer. The high voltage circuit breaker vibration test scheme based on MEMS piezoresistive acceleration sensor is presented in the paper.
