Abstract :
Distributed generators (DG) brings about great environmental benefits which makes it worth researching. In order to optimize the grid-connected positions and capacities of various types of DG, a multi-objective model is established. The total generation cost of DG, the network loss and static voltage stability indices are synthetized in the model. Additionally, a kind of improved multi-objective free search (IMOFS) optimization method is proposed. This algorithm adaptively adjusts searching radius and step to improve searching efficiency. Ac cording to the period of evolution, the previous searching radius and step do not change much in searching for the overall situation, while they change relatively greatly in the later stage in local exploration by the algorithm. At the same time, in order to make the distribution of Pareto front more even, dynamic adaptive mesh strategy is adopted to maintain the non-dominated set, thus good candidate schemes are provided for terminal decision.
