Abstract :
In order to promote the coordinated development of runoff small hydropower and the regional distribution network, this paper introduces a method for calculating the optimal hosting capacity of runoff small hydropower considering adaptive reactive power control. For the purpose of improve the security and economy of the operation of the distribution network, taking the integrated optimal of operating cost, voltage deviation and power loss as the target and adopting multi-state model to build a multi-objective model based on chance constrained programming. An adaptive reactive power control strategy is employed to solve the voltage regulation problem of grid-connected nodes. Moreover, non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II) based on elitist is proposed to solve multi-objective model and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) based on entropy is adopted to choose the optimal solution from Pareto solution set. Finally, the simulation results on IEEE 33-bus distribution system demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
