Abstract :
This paper introduces the basic structure and functions of the Intelligent Protection Center, and besides, it describes rapid reconstruction of power grid and rapid recovery of communication channel, both based on the Intelligent Protection Center. In this paper, we have compared the characteristics of various wireless communication modes and discussed unique ad vantages of ZigBee technology in reconstructing of power system after disaster. We intentionally proposed the rebuilding of the wireless channel based on the ZigBee technology for "information island" where there was not any circuitous channel around, and have carried out the simulation about this project.
