Abstract :
This paper takes CIM_SVG based radial distribution feeder as the research object and designs an automatic map ping algorithm. Firstly, feeder´s branches belong to different levels are preliminarily arranged in vertical and horizontal direction according to CIM_SVG based data. Then, a lever-to-lever trunk-branch model and corresponding branch-regional model which confirm the object oriented programming (OOP) are pro posed. By utilizing the models proposed, the extremely asymmetrical branches and the overlap/cross regions in the preliminary mapping are identified and eliminated. Finally, the mapping of a 10kV radial distribution feeder is taken as an example to demonstrate and validate of the algorithm. It is shown that the algorithm proposed is able to draw the typical distribution network in few seconds and can be expanded to the use of other application in the distribution network visual analysis.
