Abstract :
Power line communication necessary, should match the best ways to control. In this paper, the goal of building built on top of GIS electricity cable communication network resource management systems, analysis of the overall structure of the system. The system supports C/Sand B/S two access modes. Details of the functional modules of the system structure, key technology research system development. Introduction of component technology system design, fully consider the diversity of GIS development platform, supporting multiple GIS development tools, has good openness and scalability. Build a transport network resource management platform to achieve optimized network organization and transmission systems, the use of physical and logical resources integrated management of the transmission network and the resources for the construction of electric power communication network, management, maintenance, fault detection, information inquiry service.
