  • Abstract
    The use of IT in an organization should be managed like other assets of the organization. IT governance is not only the duty and authority of the IT department in the organization, but involves all stakeholders who have the authority to make decisions and policies. Implementation of IT governance in an organization can be referred to an IT governance standard. In this research, the standard used is ISO 38500. Implementation of IT governance in an organization should be assessed to ensure that it is accordance with ISO 38500. The assessment model in this study is referred to the process capability ISO 15504-2 standard. An assessment model was designed to establish the level of capability in the area of IT governance process of a leading Indonesia University. The result of this assessment model can be proposed to improve process capability of IT governance.
