Study of Management Information System and Organizational Culture toward the Success of several Banks in Indonesia

The purpose of this research is to (1) verify and estimate the correlation of Management Information System (MIS) and Organizational Culture toward the Success of Bank, (2) to identify dominant indicator of research variable, (3) to identify how much influence of MIS and OC variables toward Success of several bank in Indonesia. This research use quantitative descriptive approaching with the questionnaire as a primary data. The model which is developed, in this research is consist of two hypothesis that is examined by The Structural Equation Model (SEM) method using Lisrel 8.80 as an analysis tool. The sample is used in this research of 106 employee from five banks in Indonesia who used MIS application. The result of this research, based on fit model, obtain that the t-value of the exogenous variable greater than 1.96 with probability 0.05. In conclusion this research is clearly state that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is a significant correlation between Management Information System and Organizational Culture against Success of Banks simultaneously.
