Abstract :
Survey training in Statistics Indonesia is an important step in data collection process. Today, many recurrence survey trainings are cancelled by Statistics Indonesia due to cost saving. One solution to resume the training (at a lower cost) is to conduct it virtually. SLOODLE is an application that can combine Learning Management System (LMS) such as MOODLE with 3D Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). A framework to build the e-simulation training in Statistics Indonesia is needed. This paper presents the framework development to create teaching materials for the training of survey-based 3D virtual environment by using SLOODLE. The framework combines ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) with e-simulation framework. The proposed framework can be applied in simulated training “ubinan” (survey to measure the productivity of food crops) on Statistics Indonesia.
