Abstract :
E-learning combine the concept of delivering instruction, information, and learning content using Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This concept can brings big impact on the organization, especially in university. The high amount of implementation of e-learning in the world does not guarantee the high level of success in implementation. One of the causes of the failure in e-learning is the readiness of organization. Inadequate readiness and planning can cause failures in the implementation of e-learning. To avoid the failure, it is better if organization can measure the readiness before implementation. Actually there are several readiness model available today. Each of them have advantages compare to the others. This research try to combine the several previous model to be better model. The proposed model have three readiness perspectives: readiness according to the organization itself, readiness of the actors of e-learning in organizations is learners and educators. This model expected to answer the needs of organizations to measure readiness better, before its implementation.
