Abstract :
Maternal and child mortality are things that need to get serious monitoring. With a high mortality rate, it will cause a decreased level of quality of healthcare. To reduce the value of maternal and child mortality will require comprehensive efforts which one of them is to utilize the information system is supported by computer technology. Use of this information can help health workers in overseeing, monitoring and decisive action if found pregnant women with high risk. Methods of testing conducted in the development of the data management information system of maternal and child health surveillance is using black-box testing, where testing is focused on the functionality of existing components in the management information system. The result of black-box testing is any existing functionality in information systems can be operated in accordance with the scenario of the initial design. Besides information about the patient data can be presented as a whole and information about the condition of pregnant women with high risk can be known at an early stage so as to help health workers in the decision making.
