Abstract :
We succeeded in isolating circulating tumor cells from whole blood of Mouse-CTC model with using controlled air-liquid interface on an open-chip. Also, we could pick-up isolated CTC from the open-chip and obtain enough high viability for downstream analysis. Furthermore, we are developing fully automated platform for this whole process.
