Author :

Abstract :
Summary form only given. Full requirements service entails a commitment to supply all of a wholesale customer´s energy requirements. This includes supplying a varying amount of energy in each hour, covering the installed capacity (ICAP) requirement and other ancillary services. This is one of the most complex structured transactions that an energy service company (ESCO) can enter into. This paper discusses the key sources of risk and how to capture them in product modeling.
