Abstract :
The organic solar cell or dye-sensitized solar cell (DSC) has wide contribution to replace the energy resources. For this purpose, titanium with diameters 6.38-61.06 nm are synthesized by using co-precipitation method. The influence of diffusion coefficient, lifetime electron, and porosity have been studied to estimate the short-circuit current and open circuit voltage parameters. DSC has equivalent ciruit with one-diode circuit, it is used to determine the mathematical equation of DSC. By using titanium as its electrode, it can produces open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current is about 0.53 volts and 16.02 mA.cm-2, respectively.
