Abstract :
Gas lift is one of the most common artificial lift methods used in either single or multiple oil producing wells. Because of high gas prices and compressing costs, an optimal allocation for each well is needed to obtain the maximum total oil production moreover with limited gas availability. A new simple-effective-efficient allocation model is constructed here which only needs data the number of gas lift wells, total limited gas injection rate, and Gas Lift Performance Curve (GLPC) of each gas lift well to directly and simply obtain gas injection allocation for all wells without doing any iteration or graphical method.
