Abstract :
The simulation of soft start-up process is introduced. In the simulation, hybrid variable model of induction motors is employed, which makes treatment of the stator net topology and calculation of magnetic saturation easy. The simulation is carried out by use of MATLAB and the simulation results proved in good agreement with the experimental results
