Secure non real time image encryption algorithm development using cryptography & steganography

In the current technology world, data transmission of various multimedia like sensitive images, video, text is very important and security is major concern in the fields of medical, commercial and military fields. Security is very important, as illegal users may hack the sensitive data. Currently, many techniques are available for secure transmission of data through internet. Some examples of such techniques are cryptography and steganography. In Cryptography, DES, 3DES, AES, Blowfish Algorithm are available. In this paper Image encryption is done using Blowfish Algorithm as it is faster and has good performance and for image hiding LSB technique is used as it is faster, simple and Bit manipulated. To provide higher security, hybrid approach has been proposed which uses combination of image encryption and image hiding. PSNR and MSE are used for measuring quality of image.
