Abstract :
An application of Induction Motor (IM) for variable speeds has been tested and driven by a cost effective single-phase Inverter. Performance of the Voltage Source Inverter (VSI) has been verified with Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation Technique (SPWM) by carrying out few experiments. The effectiveness of VSI in conjunction with Arduino-UNO, Ni-MyRIO has been presented here.
