Abstract :
Nowadays, e-training has been widely used in different industries. In the era of big data, utilizing data effectively to explore useful information for learners and administrators is a more concerned problem in the field of education. This paper presents the design and implementation of an e-training decision-making system based on outlier mining technology, which is an important research field in data mining. By discovering small groups of abnormal learning behaviors that are exceptional when compared with the rest large amount of learning behaviors, the system could identify those behaviors, then give specific suggestions to learners and assist administrators in making decisions.
