Abstract :
At present, with the rapid development of wind power, the issue of wind power curtailment is getting worse in China. So, this article introduces wind power forecasting and market mechanism into the distribution of wind transmission channel, and designs a day-ahead trading mechanism of wind farms´ power generation margin based on wind power forecasting which draws lesson from the trading mode of generation right. Next, this article sets up a trading strategy model for buyers and sellers of power generation margin based on theirs day-head wind power forecasting to get the most benefit. Example is given to indicate that the trading mechanism is practicable and the trading can increase the yield of participants and improve the efficiency of wind power transmission channel, also affirm that the trading mechanism can be practically used in the situation of the wind curtailment in China.
