Abstract :
As one development mode of the future smart distribution grid, the active distribution network (ADN) supports the extensive access and deep penetration of distributed renewable energy resource, which now receives much attention. This paper firstly builds a new structure of AC/DC hybrid ADN with flexible DC technology, which is very controllable and allows DC loads and various distributed energy resources (DER), such as PV, WT, battery and EV charging station, to plug-and-play easily. Next it introduces the optimal operation management system framework of this structure of AC/DC hybrid ADN, including the schematic of ADN optimal operation management system and the layered multi-agent system (MAS) coordination mechanism. Then based on this AC/DC hybrid ADN and optimal operation management system framework, this paper proposes an optimal dispatch method to reduce its operation cost and energy loss on the premise of absorbing the most renewable energy source (RES), by the optimization ways of dispatching controllable DERs and changing the transmission power of voltage source converters (VSC). In this method, it designs a multi-time scale optimal dispatch strategy and establishes a decision optimal model. Finally, by calculating and analyzing the case, the result demonstrates the validity and feasibility of the proposed optimal dispatch method for AC/DC hybrid ADN.
