Abstract :
In this paper, we design and simulate a 2/spl times/2 multimode interference (MMI) wavelength division multiplexer (WDM) based on silicon-on-insulator (SOI) substrates. The multiplexing range are 980 nm-1170 nm/1300 nm-1550 nm with tuning the length of MMI.
