Abstract
With the development of demand response, the potential of various loads to adjust their action of power consumption has been exploited, resulting in loads with different demand characteristics. In allusion to the problem of power cost allocation among loads with different demand characteristics, inflexible load and transferable load, which are the most typical load demand styles, are selected to analyze the irrationality of fixed time-of-use price ( TOUP) and system marginal price (SMP). To deal with the problem, a power cost allocation method based on the theory of cooperation game and Shapley value is proposed in this paper. Examples are discussed and the results reveal that the theory of the cooperative game has wide prospects in dealing with the problem of the power cost allocation when the demand characteristics of the loads are different.
