Abstract :
The node localization process of the traditional DV-Hop scheme is sensitive to the heterogeneity of network topology, and the robustness of the scheme is poor while the network topology is diversiform due to random node deployment. Aiming at such a problem, an improvement strategy is put forward, and different treatment algorithms are introduced in the distance estimation step and the position calculation step respectively, in order to improve the range accuracy of the whole network and then the node localization accuracy. Simulation shows that the improvement can obtain higher range accuracy than the original method in the first step, and then, it can improve the robustness of the original method to range error in the second step. On the whole, the improvement can obtain higher localization accuracy than the original method while the network topology and beacon proportion are variational.
