Foreword

These Proceedings contain papers that were presented at the Fifty-Third Annual Allerton Conference on Communication, Control, and Computing which was held at Allerton House, Monticello, Illinois, on September 30–October 2, 2015. As in past years, the Conference was sponsored by the Coordinated Science Laboratory and the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
