            Abstract : 
We propose a microwave mammography system with a small sensor. This system has features of use of multiple polarizations to collect a variety of data, fixation of the breast by suction to prevent the imaging mistakes, and applying a commercial electromagnetic simulator to model the sensor accurately. Effectiveness of the proposed system is demonstrated by a preliminary numerical experiments.
