Abstract :
Over The Top (OTT) call service is one of part of OTT services. This technology is the rapid penetration of large number of internet service worldwide. With the rapid amount of number of user, the regulator and telecommunication provider must have key performance indicator referred to as Key Performance Indicator (KPI). However, the development of KPI still stays in the conceptual stage, does not define the specific parameter as the main indicator for the network performance. This research give a comprehensive and scientific measuring to proposes definition criteria of KPI for the OTT call service technology in order to give recommendation for the regulator and telecommunication provider.
