  • Abstract
    Organic semiconductor have been discovered in different application devices such as organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs). Poly [2-methoxy-5(2´-ethylhexyloxy)-1, 4-phenylenevinylene], MEH-PPV widely used in this device because its ability to produce a good optical quality films. The MEH-PPV was prepared on glass substrate by spin coating method. The thin film was investigated with different concentration using toluene solvent. The scanning electron micrographs (SEM) and atomic force microscope (AFM) measurement revealed that at concentration of 5 mgml-1 showed uniformity and less aggregation on morphology and topology, respectively. The current-voltage (I-V) measurement revealed that the concentration of 5 mgml-1 showed high conductive and it is suitable for optoelectronic device.
