  • Abstract
    VCSEL arrays are key elements for high capacity parallel optical interconnects. Bit rates up to 10 Gbit/s per channel and 1300 nm VCSEL operating cw up to 85/spl deg/C are future targets. Concepts and results in this field are presented.
