Abstract :
With the rapid progress of mobile Internet and e-commerce, a growing number of people use mobile device as an assistant for their consumption. It can be observed that the consumption often involves a group of people such as couples, families, colleagues, friends, etc. We call such consumption mobile group consuming and the marketing activities for it mobile group marketing. Existing works about mobile group marketing fail to consider the cooperation of members in one group nor the different roles in one group when performing consumption. As the first step to solve this problem, in this paper, we build a system to collect and analyze the behaviors of people in a shopping place. We propose a specification language that can effectively describe complex constraints during the data collection and analysis process of mobile group marketing. Three typical kinds of data collection tasks, casuality detection of marketing activities, impact analysis of different members in a certain group, and the similarity analysis between two groups, are described easily using our language. We also design algorithms to implement the specified tasks. Extensive simulation results show that the proposed approach is effective to facilitate the determination of mobile marketing strategies.
