Abstract :
In the era of mobile and cloud computing, a novel type of service relationship has emerged: one service provider relies on another on one category service, meanwhile the two service providers compete with each other on service of another category. Motivated by the conflict part of the relationship, this paper abstracts it into a perfect information sequential game model. In this model, "Reputation" is introduced as a parameter to quantify the impact of reactions from customers upon different game strategies on the revenue and assets of service providers. Furthermore, this paper analyzes the recently occurred "WeChat Charge Fee Case" based on the model and gives out possible explanations to the contradictory part of the case.
