Abstract :
The network-varying equivalent magnetic circuit model for a novel disk transverse-flux segment-stator permanent magnet brushless machines (DTPMSM) is established, by which the phase linkage and the performance can be easily acquired without solving the equation set corresponding to the node magnetic potential. Both 3D-FEM analysis and the prototype experiment are performed to verify the presented magnetic circuit model successfully.
