  • Abstract
Aiming at the special oil circulation system in the submersible motor, a heat transfer model of the global fluid field based on partition decoupling is established. In this paper, the repetition of fluid field along the axial direction is considered, and the relationship between the velocity and the pressure of the motor inner fluid are researched. Combined with the theory of computational fluid dynamics and heat transfer, the temperature distribution and the fluid flow state of the internal part of the motor are obtained, and the effect of the fluid flow state on the temperature field is analyzed. Finally, to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, a 15 kW YQYJ-15D submersible motor is taken as an example and the calculation results are compared with the test data from the prototype, which provide a theoretical basis on the analysis of the global fluid field and the thermal effect for other motors with the special fluid structure.
