Abstract :
The rapid and accurate harmonic detection is very important for the active power filter(APF). An improved harmonic detection method is proposed in this paper, which is based on the positive sequence extractor of fundamental current. Compared with the traditional harmonic detection methods, the phase-locked loop(PLL) and low pass filter are avoided in the new method. Results of the simulation MATLAB verify the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.
