Abstract :
In this paper, a 10 kV transformer´s FEA model is established for studying the steady magnetic field and structure dynamic characteristic of windings. Through ANSYS Maxwell and Harmonic Response analysis, the leakage magnetic field, the electromagnetic force and the axial vibration of windings are studied. The influence factors, such as pretightening force, oil temperature and aging on mechanical characteristics of spacers are considered through a series mechanical experiments and then applied into the FEA model. The results of FEA and tests show that the vibration of winding can increase while the temperature and aging rises and the Young´s modulus of spacer have a close relationship with temperature and aging.
