Abstract :
Unlike the radar and communication system, the received signal quality in global navigation satellite system (GNSS) receivers is measured by the post-correlation carrier-to-noise-ratio (C/N0) rather than signal-to-interference-plus-noise-ratio (SINR). This paper proposed a blind adaptive beamforming algorithm based on Max C/N0 criterion. Additionally, the performance difference between algorithms based on Max SINR criterion and Max C/N0 criterion is analyzed in the presence of interference. It is demonstrated that, algorithms based on Max C/N0 criterion can significantly improve post-correlation C/N0.
