Applying innovative ehealth to improve patient experience within healthcare organizations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Information technology plays crucial roles in improving the healthcare services being provided to the patients. Applying the information technology within healthcare providers institute is not easy job. It needs a lot of effort and cultural changes and as well as understanding the patients needs, wants, and expectations. However, such tool would helping healthcare providers in different ways including; easy accesses to the patients´ details as well as enhancing the communication processes between the physicians and their patients. This leads to increase the patients´ satisfaction about the services provided by their healthcare organizations. The study shows the impact of applying information technology (IT) alongside healthcare services on improving cares being provided to the patients based on patients´ perceptions. Patients experience about understands the patients and their needs, and meet their requirements and information technology (IT) can be applied in order to help the healthcare stakeholders to obtain, understand, analyze their patients and their feedbacks, needs, and requirements.
