Abstract
In the study of the reliability of the power systems, we can distinguish on the one hand the economic performances, costs and benefit, and on the other hand the aspects of reliability, availability and safety of these systems. To bring elements of decision-making aid vis-a-vis this problem, it is necessary to have tools and methods making it possible to analyze the systems, and especially photovoltaic systems, and in the broad sense to evaluate quantitatively their performances in terms of reliability and maintenance. Knowing that photovoltaic energy have already lengthily showed its mettle in terms of operation and reliability, its development observed an improvement of technologies in terms of solar energy transformation outputs by the semiconductor, and the research in this field, progresses each time. The main aim of our work consists to contribute to the functional and dysfunctional analysis of a photovoltaic system. The functional analysis method was carried out by using the FAST method and the SADT method. As for the dysfunctional analysis, we have carried out by using the "FMECA Grid" for the first time, then the "Fault Tree " for the second time.
